Lentils with Macaroni and Brown Rice

Serves 6

150g Probrands brown lentils
120g Probrands macaroni
200g Probrands brown rice
6 tbsp olive oil
2½ cups water
Salt and pepper
2 onions finely chopped
2 cloves garlic finely chopped
50g Probrands tomato puree serving
50g Sweet Chilli / Hot Chilli sauce and a little olive oil
1 onion finely chopped and fried until crispy

Wash the lentils and then simmer in a large saucepan of water until tender. Cook the macaroni until al dente and drain - leave to one side. Wash the rice and then fry in 30ml oil, add 500ml water and cook until tender. Fry the onions until soft and add the garlic and tomato puree - cook for a few minutes then stir in the lentils, macaroni and rice.
Stir through the Sweet/Hot Chilli sauce and olive oil.
Top with fried onion.
